QSR and FSR have created WiRL as a national society/networking group to support, educate, and uplift women in restaurant leadership. Our aim with WiRL is to create a safe environment for women to connect, learn from one another, foster mentorship opportunities, and gather career advancement advice and tips. The platform was inspired by the need for women-centric mentorship, advocacy, recognition and collaboration initiatives for restaurant brands of all sizes and women in all stages of their restaurant career.
The cornerstone of the program is our annual in-person conference called
“The Together Summit.” This year it will be held in Nashville with exciting speakersand education sessions, dinner, and networking opportunities.
In addition to our annual conference event, platform programming will showcase webinars, downloadable content, newsletters, a podcast, and more digital and print features.
